PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya BSF, Pokaran is one of the best in its kind in the Western Rajasthan, established in the year 2003 as a small school, emerged as a pioneer institute in the state with about four hundred students.PM SHRI K.V. Pokaran is a Civil sector school.
· GRADUAL YEAR WISE EXPANSION IN CLASSES AND SECTIONS LEADING TO PRESENT STATUS
Its building is compact one constructed on a 7.5 acres piece of land. It has well equipped Computer Lab, Physics lab, Chemistry Lab and Biology Lab, Mathematic Lab, Junior Science Lab and a very rich library having different kinds of books. It has a well maintained Primary Building.
· IMPORTANT MILESTONE OF GROWTH
Every year one class from VIII onwards have been raised, at present school is running up to class XII. (XI and XII double Section).This KV is up to +2 stage. It has 01 section in Science and Humanities at +2 level. This Vidyalaya is running in 01 (One) section in each class up to class XII.

Indoor Games- Badminton, Caroom, Chess and Out door Games includes -Football, Kabaddi and Volleyball.
· HIGHEST CLASS AND NO. OF SECTIONS SANCTIONED FOR EACH CLASS is class I to X =1 section each & XI-XII (Science and Humanities Stream) –1 section each
